Contributors to the discussions surrounding the first written Deaf Cinema Manifesto included Fabio Zamparo, Artistic Co-Director of the Itinerant Deaf Cinema Festival; Charlie Ainsworth, a new generation of Gallaudet alumnus and founder of Angry Deaf Films; Emilio Insolera and Daniele Le Rose, pioneering members of the Deaf Cinema movement; MJ Kiego, founder of the Deaf Film Festival Alliance; Bim Ajadi; and Marilyn Willrich, co-founder of Deaffest, who joined the discussions via videoconference.
