Synopsis
In Seoul, Ryu, a deaf factory worker, is desperate to save his sister, who urgently needs a kidney transplant. Though willing to donate his own, he’s not a blood match. After being laid off from his job at Ilshin Electronics, Ryu turns to the black market in a last-ditch effort. Organ traffickers promise to find a compatible kidney if he gives them one of his own—and ten million won. Desperate and out of options, Ryu agrees, but soon finds himself without the kidney or the money.
Encouraged by his anarchist girlfriend, Cha Young-mi, Ryu decides to kidnap the daughter of his former boss, Park, the wealthy owner of Ilshin Electronics, hoping to use the ransom to pay for his sister’s surgery. But when the plan spirals into tragedy, it sparks a brutal chain of revenge and escalating violence.
